The new Kindermann USB-C AOC Full Featured cables finally allow reliable transmission of 4K60 video signals and USB data at up to 10 Gbit/s over a distance of up to 15 meters. Thanks to the hybrid construction of fiber optic and copper cables, it is flexible and insensitive to electromagnetic interference. The cables are available in lengths from 5 to 15 m.
By supporting 4-lane DPalt mode with USB 2.0 and 2-lane DPalt mode with USB 3.2 Gen2, they are compatible with almost all common devices compared to standard products on the market.
In addition to data and video transmission, the cables also enable peripheral devices to be charged at up to 60 watts.
Typical use cases:
- Touch displays: Full functionality is required for image, sound, touch and data transmission - this is where cables show their strength.
- Conference rooms: For connection to modern notebooks or tablets with USB-C output.
- Gaming: Offers a smooth and lag-free display.
Difference between 4-lane and 2-lane DPalt mode:
- 4-Lane DPalt Mode: Utilizes all four SuperSpeed differential pairs for DisplayPort signals, doubling the maximum DisplayPort bandwidth. Supports either two 4K UHD displays (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz. Only USB 2.0 is supported in this mode.
- 2-Lane DPalt Mode: Uses two lanes for DisplayPort signals and one lane for USB 3.2, enabling simultaneous transmission of 4K UHD display (3840 x 2160) at 60Hz and USB data at up to 10 Gbit/s
