One series, many possibilities
The VMZ82 series consists of three models that differ in brightness and projection ratio:
- PT-VMZ82 - 8,000 lumens
- PT-VMZ72 - 7,300 lumens
- PT-VMZ62 - 6,500 lumens
All models work with WUXGA resolution (1920 × 1200), use 3LCD technology and rely on a maintenance-free laser light source that lasts up to 24,000 hours.
Compact, lightweight, flexible
Despite their power, the devices are surprisingly handy. This makes them not only mobile, but also versatile - whether on the ceiling, on the table or mobile in a case. The 1.6x zoom, lens shift and geometry correction ensure that the image is perfect even in difficult room conditions.
A clever detail: the integrated angle monitor shows the tilt angle and alignment directly on the screen - so the projector can also be set up quickly and precisely on its own.
VMZ7ST series: Big picture in a small space
The two new short throw models PT-VMZ7ST (7,000 lumens) and PT-VMZ6ST (6,200 lumens) with a projection ratio of 0.797 to 1.01:1 are particularly exciting. They project a large image from a short distance - ideal for confined spaces or interactive applications where the projector is mounted close to the wall. At the same time, they reduce shadows and glare, which is a real advantage, especially in classrooms or workshops.
Sustainability that can be seen
Panasonic has also thought about the environment when developing the VMZ82 series. The housings are largely made of recycled plastic and the packaging does not use polystyrene. Compared to the previous series, power consumption has been reduced by up to 27% - a plus point for the environment and operating costs.
Technology that thinks for itself
The projectors support 4K/30p input signals, which are scaled internally to WUXGA - ideal for modern content. Devices can be connected quickly via HDMI, Digital Link or optionally wirelessly via QR code. If you want, you can even present directly from a USB stick.
