1. The Klick&Show Try&Buy program is available exclusively to commercial end users within Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. After registering via the online form, you will receive a brief confirmation on your screen, and your contact information will be forwarded to a specialist retail partner for follow-up and further coordination. The 21-day trial period begins on the day the product is made available. Depending on the country and the specific availability of the trial units, the trial product will be delivered either by Kindermann, a local distributor, or a local authorized dealer. A few days before the trial period expires, the specialist retailer will contact you again to coordinate the return of the goods and prepare a quote if you are interested in purchasing. Even if you are interested in purchasing, the test unit must be returned in any case, and you will then receive a new product.
   The Klick&Show Try&Buy trial is free of charge for the end user. You are only responsible for the costs of returning the product.
   Individual services that go beyond the mere provision of test devices via mail as part of Klick&Show Try&Buy, can be arranged directly with the authorized dealer and may be subject to a fee.
   The test product must be returned no later than 21 days after receipt in the same condition as when received, in its original packaging, including all accessories. Test products that are not returned on time, or that are damaged or incomplete, will be billed by the authorized dealer.
2. Specifying a preferred dealer is optional if you already have a suitable partner for procuring conference technology. The prerequisite is that this partner has an existing business relationship with Kindermann or an authorized Kindermann distribution partner in the respective country. If no preferred dealer is specified, your Try&Buy request will be forwarded to a partner of our choice.
3. Providing the desired USB conferencing accessories along with a Klick&Show system from the K-FX series (K-FleX, K-FX Plus) depends on actual availability at Kindermann, the Kindermann distributor, or the authorized dealer in the respective country and may not be guaranteed or may involve longer wait times. In this case, an alternative conferencing accessory can be arranged in coordination with the authorized dealer.
