Advanced Plug & Play for KLICK&SHOW K-10S

With the new firmware version 1100, Kindermann as a quality manufacturer proves that even older devices, such as the wireless presentation system already launched on the market in 2017 and no longer on sale KLICK&SHOW K-10S (Art. No. 7488000300), which was already launched in 2017 and is no longer on sale, will continue to be supported and upgraded.

Version 1100 now brings support for the driverless Plug & Play transmitters with USB-C connector as a key feature, following compatibility with HDMI transmitters earlier in the release.

The KLICK & SHOW HDMI and USB-C transmitters are true plug-and-play devices. It's as simple as connecting an external PC monitor: just plug the transmitter into your computer's video port and touch the transmitter's sensor button to wirelessly stream your laptop's content to the main screen.

In comparison, the USB-A transmitters included with the original K-10S kits work in conjunction with a free KLICK & SHOW USB-A transmitters work in conjunction with a free PC client available for Windows or macOS, without installation or admin rights. The combination of USB-A transmitter and PC client is ideal for enabling older laptops with bulky VGA, DVI, standard DisplayPort or mini DisplayPort video ports to participate in meetings wirelessly. In addition, the PC client can also be used for software-only access to the meeting.

In addition, in response to many customer requests, Kindermann has also made the K-10S compatible with the KLICK&SHOW ManageTool, which enables the centralized remote administration of numerous KLICK&SHOW devices in the corporate network.

Finally, in version 1100, airplay transmission has also been optimized for use in corporate networks.

Additional minor bug fixes and optimizations round off the firmware package.
