The active speaker set consists of an active and a passive speaker.
The scope of delivery now also includes an infrared remote control with which
the volume and the sound control (bass/treble) can be remotely controlled in the room.
A 3.5 mm stereo jack socket and a balanced
input designed as a Euroblock are available as inputs.
In addition, the active box 50+ IR has an RS232 interface for easy
integration in media control systems.
The control via an optional wall panel which is connected via
the RJ45 socket is now also possible (available from summer 2010).
The active speaker has a level-dependent auto-off function whose
threshold value can be programmed via the RS232 interface.
The scope of delivery includes a mains cable and a 3 m long speaker cable
for connecting the active speaker to the passive speaker.
