Project manager for internal process optimization (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects for internal process optimization using "classic" project management methods and/or agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Analysis of existing processes, identification of bottlenecks and weak points and development of solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with the various departments to understand their requirements and develop solutions that take their needs into account, with the involvement of IT.
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress and identification of opportunities for further improvement.
- Training and support for employees in the use of new processes and technologies.
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or comparable qualifications.
- Proven experience in project management and implementation, ideally in the area of internal process optimization.
- Sound knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and other methods and their practical application.
- Knowledge in the selection and implementation of IT solutions for process automation.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working.
- Written and spoken German and English.
