Disclaimer for participation in the karting event

Please note that participation in the Kindermann GmbH karting event is Kindermann GmbH your own risk. By participating, each participant acknowledges that Kindermann GmbH its legal representatives and vicarious agents are not liable for damages of any kind, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

This applies in particular to accidents, injuries or other damage that may occur in connection with participation in karting. Every participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the organizer and the track personnel without restriction.

Participants also declare that they are in good health and are aware of the risks of karting.

By participating, the participant confirms that he/she has read and accepted this disclaimer.
