Dear Customer,

in order to process your repair or return, it is necessary that you request an RMA number from us prior to sending in the item.

  • Please fill out the following online form.
  • Once we have provided you with the RMA number, please mark it large and clearly on the shipping container of your shipment.

The assignment of an RMA number entitles you to send the registered items to our company, but does not automatically include the right to a credit note, conversion or similar.

A decision on this can only be made after we have inspected the goods sent in.
