Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects for internal process optimization using "classic" project management methods and/or agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Analysis of existing processes, identification of bottlenecks and weak points and development of solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the various departments to understand their requirements and develop solutions that take their needs into account, with the involvement of IT.
  • Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress and identification of opportunities for further improvement.
  • Training and support for employees in the use of new processes and technologies.

Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or comparable qualifications.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation, ideally in the area of internal process optimization.
  • Sound knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and other methods and their practical application.
  • Knowledge in the selection and implementation of IT solutions for process automation.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Through the numerous departments that you will pass through during your training, you will gain detailed insights into the job profile of industrial clerks. Working in the various departments gives you the opportunity to get to know the commercial areas and find out where your individual inclinations and strengths lie. In order to better understand the connections between production and administration, our trainees also get to know the production process of our popular products on site.
