Juni 2022 entschieden, das Patent EP 2756668 f\u00fcr Clickshare von Barco zu widerrufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Die Entscheidung ist zwar noch nicht rechtskr\u00e4ftig, da Barco noch Beschwerde einlegen kann, doch Kindermann wertet das Urteil als ein deutliches Signal. Im Mittelpunkt aller Auseinandersetzungen steht \u201e<strong>KLICK&amp;SHOW<\/strong>\u201c, die drahtlose Pr\u00e4sentationsl\u00f6sung von Kindermann, die mittlerweile zu einer umfassenden Produktfamilie gediehen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits im Jahr 2018 hatte Kindermann Einspruch gegen das Patent von Barco beim Europ\u00e4ischen Patentamt eingelegt. Hier war das Unternehmen nicht allein, auch weitere Anbieter von \u00e4hnlichen Collaboration-L\u00f6sungen zweifelten das Patent an. Nun hat das Europ\u00e4ische Patentamt in erster Instanz entschieden, dass die Erfindungsh\u00f6he der beschriebenen technischen Merkmale nicht ausreicht, um das Patent f\u00fcr Clickshare aufrechtzuerhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Jahr 2018 ging Kindermann mit \u201e<strong>KLICK&amp;SHOW<\/strong>\u201c an den Start. Das war Barco damals schon ein Dorn im Auge und versuchte ein Verkaufsverbot zu erwirken, jedoch ergebnislos. Die Klagen des belgischen Herstellers wurden von Gerichten in Deutschland und in den Niederlanden abgewiesen, auch hier laufen Berufungsverfahren. Man darf auf die finalen Urteile gespannt sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201eWir freuen uns sehr, \u00fcber diesen Zwischensieg.
