Haftungsausschluss f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Kart-Event<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Teilnahme am Kart-Event der Kindermann GmbH auf eigene Gefahr erfolgt. Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt mit seiner Teilnahme an, dass die Kindermann GmbH sowie deren gesetzliche Vertreter und Erf\u00fcllungsgehilfen f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den \u2013 gleich welcher Art \u2013 nicht haften, soweit nicht Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrl\u00e4ssigkeit vorliegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dies gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr Unf\u00e4lle, Verletzungen oder sonstige Sch\u00e4den, die im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme am Kartfahren entstehen k\u00f6nnen. Jeder Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, den Anweisungen des Veranstalters sowie des Streckenpersonals uneingeschr\u00e4nkt Folge zu leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Teilnehmer erkl\u00e4ren weiterhin, dass sie \u00fcber eine ausreichende gesundheitliche Verfassung verf\u00fcgen und sich der Risiken des Kartfahrens bewusst sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
