Mini AV control for projectors and displays
The new KINDERMANN PIXIE+ Display
Control is an elegant universal control system
for data/video projectors, displays or smaller
installations, e.g. consisting of a projector, a
ceiling lift and a screen.
Even an untrained user can easily control
any connected device with this AV system.
Especially in schools or conference rooms,
where various persons have to get along
with technical devices day by day, the PIXIE+
makes it much easier to operate projectors
and other equipment.
Operation errors or the tedious search for
the proper often too sophisticated remote
control are a thing of the past. |
Standardized buttons
Easy operation of different AV systems due to standardized buttons and
inscriptions and focus on the main functions.
Optional buttons
are available for lift, screen, etc.
Built-in IR sensor
Easy learning of the IR commands of the
original IR remote.
IR / RS 232 control
Cable for safe transmission of IR and RS 232
commands, even over long distances.
Password protection
Freely selectable combination of buttons.
When the password protection is activated,
the connected devices cannot be switched
on.
Macros and timer
can be programmed, e.g. for controlling
an electrical screen or a ceiling lift, or for
switching the device off if not in use.
Numerous mounting options
for wall (on-wall or in-wall installation) and desk. |

Accessories for PIXIE + Display Control
KINDERMANN PIXIE+ programming unit
The new programming unit enlarges the
control features of the PIXIE+ enormously.
More complex procedures can be preprogrammed
at the PC.
Even RS 232 commands can be programmed
in this way, as well as automatically timed
procedures. The newly arranged programme
can be stored in the wand and can be
transferred via IR to the PIXIE+ by simply
pressing a button.
Similar PIXIE+ confi gurations, e.g. in different rooms, can be simply transmitted
to other PIXIE+ units. Thus cloning a configuration can be done in seconds.

RS 232/IR module for PIXIE+
The IR/RS 232 module is equipped with an IR
diode and a 2-pin cable with TxD-OUT and
GND for the one-way control via RS 232. It
is connected with the 6 V DC, GND, BUS of
the PIXIE+ via cable. Up to 5 modules can be
connected in a row.

Real-time clock module
This real-time clock module is attached to the
PIXIE+ and, e.g., automatically switches on or
off the AV system or the password protection
at the weekend. For adjusting the time and
